Hello Foks! Scott here with the NEW Love From Lizi April 2021 Card Kit. Lizi calls this kit the “Really Dig You” Card Kit and, as usual, the kit is loaded with supplies and embellishments with a springtime gardening theme.
We have a really fun color palette this month, and Lizi has a couple of surprises in store for us as well!
We start with our five sheets of 8.5″ x 11″ card stocks in a Royal Purple, Soft Lemon Yellow, Pink, super-smooth alcohol marker-friendly White, and an lovely Orange / Tangerine that is quite springy!!
Our “Really Dig You” pattern paper pack includes 16 sheets of 6″ x 6″ single-sided pattern papers with lots of patterns and images leaning towards an organic home-grown ethos… I like these – just little touches of pink here and there…!
It’s always a treat to get a stencil in our kits! This month we have this fun 6″ x 6″ Scattered Hearts stencil with a large assortment of hand-drawn hearts playfully dancing across the whole stencil. One of our pattern papers features this pattern!
The 6″ x 8″ “Really Dig You” stamp set features a large potting or gardening shed stamp with one of the Eyelash Girls in some wellingtons (boots) along with a large assortment of gardening implements and 5 sentiments that include a number of puns! We also get matching dies this month! 11 dies that will cut all the stamped images in this set.
We do get our matching Satin ribbon and Enamel Glitter dots. One meter each of light green, pale yellow, brown, dark green, and a soft orange 1/4″ ribbon that matches our assorted enamel dots. The sample pack of the “Really Dig You” sequin mix includes pink, gold, oyster, navy and chocolate brown sequins in assorted sizes. And we get a new color Peel off this month! This is the Petrol Blue pin stripe peel off that has a smooth mirror Finnish. Great color!
Naturally, Lizi is going to include a big pack of ephemera in this kit! These die-cut images include a fully decked-out potting shed, 16 different Eyelash Girls, lots of gardening tools, flowers, plants, wreaths, and even a pair of boots (wellingtons) sprouting flowers. Enough ephemera to keep you going for a long time!

I did get the two Add-on Peel off Bundles this month. On the left is the Really Dig You Variety Peel off Bundle that includes Pink Mini Hearts, Blue Sway, Mauve Moondust Straight, and Gold Glitter Mini Circles (New!). The Really Dig You Pin Stripe Peel off Bundle (on the right) has a sheet of the NEW Purple Holographic peel offs as well as Green, Lemon Glitter and Brown Mirror. All selected to compliment this kit (and add to our peel off stash!)
Lizi also has a couple of add-on stamp and die sets to go along with our kits this month and I managed to get one!
This is the Potting Shed Stamp set that features the shed all decked out with gardening accoutrement and an adorable Eyelash Girl Scarecrow on the left – she makes me giggle! The sentiments are a little more standard in this stamp set but I am looking forward to trying my had at coloring this whole scene!
Lizi has also released three Mini Essential Peel off Bundles that feature Mini Stars, Mini Hearts, and Mini Circles in Gold, Silver, Black and White. Perfect essentials to go along with all your crafting and card making needs!
